Check Credit Card Charges

For any members that might have missed this recent email from NAEYC about possible fraud ~ ~ ~

NAEYC Members,

We have learned that some NAEYC members have seen unexplained charges on their credit card statements for “membership”. The charge does not specifically reference NAEYC and we have no record of these financial transactions based on the amounts and dates described to us. Even though we currently have no evidence of a connection between NAEYC and these charges, we take the privacy of our members very seriously and will continue to investigate these reports.

We encourage individuals to check their credit card statements and contact their credit card companies if they see any charges they do not recognize. For more information about protecting your credit card, please see this resource from the Federal Trade Commission.

Please contact us by e-mail (customercare@naeyc.org) or by phone (1-800-424-2460)  if you have any questions.

We thank you for your membership.
