Here is this week’s Spring Conference update from our Professional Learning Committee.
We are fortunate to have several vendors and presenters who will have resources for you to purchase. Cheryl Thompson with Barefoot Books will be back again.
Roger Stevens is a professional wildlife photographer of almost twenty years and is writing non-fiction, informational books about the animals that live in Maine. You may know, What Do Baby Foxes Do? June the Loon: The Story of a Maine Loon Chick, Maine Moose on the Loose, or A Day at the Fair. He will also have his latest, Babes in the Woods and Waters. This book has been considered for the Maine Chickadee Award. Roger’s books will be on sale at the conference at an Educator’s Discount, almost 25% off what they sell for on Amazon.
Lakeshore Learning has joined us for many years and they will be back again this year. MaineAEYC and Maine Roads to Quality will have informational tables once again.
Spurwink Behavioral Health and Educational Services and the Family Childcare Association of Maine (FCCAM) will be joining us for the first time.
